摘要
本研究旨在了解残疾人高等教育教师队伍现状。选取4所大学102名从事残疾人高等教育的教师进行问卷调查,结果发现:残疾人高等教育教师队伍整体结构急需提升和优化;教师对从事高等特殊教育职业是比较满意的;不同从教年限、不同专业、不同学历对残疾人高等教育教师队伍现状有显著影响;各学校所开展的教师职后培训工作的成效一般,培训的形式较为简单,培训的内容缺乏针对性,与特殊教育相关的内容较少。建议国家应建立和完善残疾人高等教育院校教师认证制度,构建终身性教师专业训练体系,各学校需要在教师职后培训的形式、内容、方法和成效等方面下功夫。
This study aims to probe into the current situation of teachers in higher education for students with disabilities, by using a questionnaire to survey 102 teachers from 4 universities. 2he results show the following: the overall structure of the teachers surveyed needs urgent improvement and consummation; the teachers are satisfied with their current career; teaching experience, research areas,, and educational backgrounds have a sig- nificant effect on the current career of the teachers; the teacher training is featured by its low efficiency, relatively simple forms, and the lack of special education programs. ]he study concludes the following: China is supposed to establish and consummate the system of teacher certification in institutions of higher education for people with disabilities, and build a lifelong system of professional training of teachers; the institutions of higher education for people with disabilities need to make efforts to improve the forms of training, as well as its content, methods and effectiveness.
