新兴技术企业能力演化路径研究

Study on Evolutionary Path of Capabilities in Emerging Technology Companies

利用熊彼特创新理论证明了新兴技术的形成和发展需要企业能力动态演化,进而得出新兴技术演化对企业能力演化的影响机制,并实证检验了新兴技术演化作用下的企业能力演化路径。研究结果表明:动态能力是新兴技术演化的必要而非充分条件,新兴技术的演化最终促进的是企业静态能力的提升,但动态能力在对静态能力进行重构和整合、满足新兴技术对企业能力不断提出新要求方面具有重要作用。

Schllmpeter＇s innovation theory demonstrates the tormation and development of emerging technology needs of dynamic evolution of capabilities, and thus arrives at the influence mechanism of emerging technology evolution to capabilities evolution. On this basis, we empirically test the evolutional path of capabilities by tevolution of emerging technology. The results show that ： dynamic capabilities is a necessary but not sufficient condition for evolution of emerging technology, and the evolution of emerging technology finally promotes the enhance of static capabilities, but dynamic capabilities play an im- portant role in the reconstruction and integration of static capabilities and meeting new demands by emerging technology.
