宁夏工程技术研究中心建设与发展对策研究——基于区域创新体系建设的视角

Study on the Construction and Dvelopment of Ningxia Engineering Technology Research Centers——Based on the Perspective of Regional Innovation System Construction

工程技术研究中心作为区域创新体系建设的重要组成部分、科技成果转化的重要载体,在提升区域创新能力和竞争力中发挥了重要的作用。结合对宁夏工程技术研究中心的调查统计数据,找出制约工程中心发展的问题,从布局、投入、人才、交流和工程化能力等五个方面提出了促进其发展的对策建议。

As an important part of regional innovation system and innovation carrier which promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, Ningxia engineering technology research center plays an important role in promo- ting the regional innovation ability and competition ability. This paper combined with the investigation and statistical data of Ningxia engineering technology research center, finds out the problems which restrict its sustainable development, puts for- ward construction and development proposals from layout, investment, talents, and communication aspects.
