加快发展新兴产业,是推动经济转型升级、增创发展新优势的重大战略举措。探索了当前战略性新兴产业的内涵及发展特征,分析了无锡市新兴产业发展现状,并借鉴国际产业集群发展经验,探讨集聚化下无锡战略性新兴产业规模化的发展措施;通过集聚世界先进技术,发展战略性新兴产业,着力构建现代产业体系,推进城市新一轮加速发展,建设创新型经济领军城市。
To speed up the development of new industry is to promote the economic transformation and upgrading of the development of new regulations of the advantages of the great strategic measures. The paper explores the current strategic new industry of the connotation and development characteristics in Wuxi city, analyzes the present situation of the devel- opment of the emerging industry, and with reference to the international development of industry cluster, the paper dis- cusses the gathering under strategic new industry scale of Wuxi development measures.
