摘要
中日两国钓鱼岛主权之争不断升级，已将经贸战推上了决策者和民众的选择桌面之上。然而，假如我们在未来要实施对日经济制裁，必须要全面考虑制裁的原则、目标、终结、领域和方式，以成本最小化实现收益最大化，同时避免出现事与愿违的结果。
