摘要
电子比较仪(天平)是基于电磁平衡原理进行工作的,由于砝码与电子比较仪之间产生的相互磁力作用对称量结果具有重大影响,磁性参数满足要求的砝码才能被用于质量测量和量值传递.鉴于目前国际上使用的测量方法和仪器对于低准确度等级或者非圆柱体砝码磁参数的测量效果较差,建立了一种新型的基于高斯计的砝码磁参数测量系统,利用高斯计和计算机对测量系统进行控制以及数据采集和处理,实现了直线、平面、转动等多种测量模式.实验结果表明了该系统的有效性.
The electronic mass comparator (balance) works based on the balance of electromagnetic force. The electromagnetic force between weights and the comparator influences on the result of mass magnitude transfer. Only the weight whose magnetic parame- ters satisfy certain conditions can be used in mass measurement and magnitude transfer. However, now the measuring methods and instruments widely used in the world have less effect on the measurement of low grade or non--cylindrical weights. In view of these defects, this paper designs a new measurement system of magnetic parameter for weights. This system realizes various measuring modes by using the gaussmeter and computer to control the measuring instrument, collect and process data. The results show the va lidity of this system.
