摘要
以野生型苜蓿银纹夜蛾核多角体病毒 (Autographa californica Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus,Ac NPV)和多角体基因缺失 (ocu- )的 Ac NPV分别感染 Sf9- 35细胞 ,研究了 p35的稳定表达对杆状病毒增殖的影响 .发现p35基因在 Sf9- 35细胞内组成型表达能够影响野生型 Ac NPV包涵体的形成 ,大幅度提高出芽病毒 (BuddedVirus,BV;即无包涵体病毒粒子 )产量 .
We had studied on the apoptosis\|inhibiting p 35 gene affected propagation of Autographa Californica Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (AcNPV) and recombinant AcNPV with polyhedrin gene deleted. It was found that occlusion body of AcNPV reduced and budded virus (BV) of AcNPV increased in insect Sf9\|35 cells which stably expressing apoptosis\|inhibiting p 35 gene.
