摘要
研究3─叠氮甲基─3─硝酸酯甲基氧丁环均聚醚(PAMNO)的合成及性能.采用BF3·Et2O作引发剂,BDO为助引发剂,合成出均聚醚PAMNO.采用DSC测定了PAMNO的分解温度、分解焓、玻璃化温度、及其与HMX,HNIW(六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷),Al及AP的相容性.测定了PAMNO的机械感度,PAMNO的玻璃化温度低、分解温度和分解焓较高,常温下热稳定性较好,能与HMX,HNIW,AI及AP相容.PAMNO具有用作高能固体推进剂含能粘合剂的潜力。
The homopolymer of 3-azidomethyl-3-nitratomethyloxe (PAMNO ) was prepared with boron trifluoride etherate (BF3. Et2O) as an initiator and butane 1, 4-diol (BDO ) as a co-initiator. Its decomposition temperature, decomposition enthalpies, glass transition temperature, and compatibility with HMX, HNIW, Al, and AP were measured by DSC. At the same time, the friction and impact sensitivities of PAMNO were evaluated by corresponding sensitivity measurements. The glass transition temperature of PAMNO is low, and its decomposition temperature and enthalpy are relative1y high, as well as its thermal stability better. The polymer has a good compatibility with HMX, HNIW, Al and AP etc. PAMNO is a potential binder for high energy solid propellant formulations.
