摘要
采用泥浆浸渍热压工艺制备KD-1SiC长纤维增强玻璃陶瓷基复合材料.研究烧结温度和纤维体积分数对复合材料力学性能的影响.SiCf/BAS复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性最大达到494.1MPa和18.28MPa·m1/2,SiCf/MAS复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性最大达到538.7MPa和16.70MPa·m1/2.结合试样的断口形貌和抗弯载荷-位移曲线分析了复合材料的失效方式.
To study the influence of the sinter temperature and the fiber volume fraction on the properties of the composites, BAS and MAS glasses were chosen as matrixes. The process of slurry impregnate and hot pressing was applied to the KD 1 SlC fiber reinforced glass ceramic matrix composites. The bending strength and the fracture toughness are 494. 1 MPa and 18. 28 MPa. m1/2 for SiCf/BAS, 538- 7 Mpa and 16. 70 MPa. m1/2 for SiCf/MAS. The failure mechanisms of the composites were studied.
