Existing Questions and Countermeasures in Teaching of Young University Teachers under the Background of "Quality Project"

青年教师是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高素质人才培养的骨干力量。加强青年教师培养,建设一支高水平教师队伍是高校挖掘人才潜力、实现人才战略和可持续发展的重要举措。本文以国家本科教学质量与教学改革工程的实施为背景,以学校在"质量工程"启动以来的青年教师培养和师资队伍建设为依托,努力查找不足、分析问题,深入探索加速青年教师成长和发展的方案与措施。

Young university teachers are an important part of university teachers,which are considered to be the backbone of the training of high quality talents.Strengthening the training of young teachers,and building a high-level teaching-staff is an important measure of universities to tap the potentiality and achieve the strategy of the talents,and finally achieve the sustainable development.This paper,taking the implementation of national teaching quality and teaching reform project as the background,and the training and faculty development of young university teachers since the start of the ＂Quality Project＂ as the basis,tries to search out the deficiency,analyzes the issue,and explores programs and measures to accelerate growth and development of young university teachers in a deeper level.
