摘要
研究甘氨酸(glycine,Gly)对内毒素(Endotoxin,ET)诱导单个核细胞产生IL-1和TNF的影响。方法:用促进小鼠胸腺细胞增殖反应法测定IL-1的含量,用ELISA法测定TNF含量。结果:ET组与EF+Gly组7个样品浓度的单个核细胞培养上清液中IL-1放免活性(CPM)值,通过配对资料单因素方差分析差异有非常显著的统计学意义( P< 0. 01);ET组TNF含量与ET+Gly组TNF含量比较也有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而单纯Gly组与NS对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:表明Gly能抑制ET诱导IL-1的产生;说明ET+Gly组TNF的产生被明显抑制,而单纯 Gly不能诱导 TNF的产生。
Aim: The inhibitory effect of Gly on monocytic IL - 1 production induced by ET was observed. Methods: Using murine - thmocytes - proliferation method to test the IL - 1 activity, and ELISA method to test the TNF content. Samples were diluted to 7 concentrations. Results: IL - 1 contents in ET - incubated supernants and ET + GLY - incubated supernatants existed clear difference between two groups(P < 0.01 ). There was definite difference in TNF content between ET and ET + GLY group(P < 0. 01 ), while no clear difference between GIY and NS group(P > 0 .05 ). Conclusion: These results indicated that Gly could antagonize IL - 1 production induced by ET. TNF production in ET + GLY group was definitely inhibited.
