毛细管气相色谱测定室内空气中苯系物分析误差预评价

摘要 目的:评价毛细管气相色谱测定室内空气中苯系物的分析误差。方法:对空白溶液、0.1c标准溶液、空气样品、加标空气样品,采用精密度和偏性质量控制程序进行质控试验。结果:4种试样的批内批间变异分析(F<F0.05),4种试样的总标准差(St)均小于其各自浓度的5%(w),准确度的置信限R/d为0.97。结论:证实了用该方法测室内空气中苯系物是可行的。 Objective :To evaluate the Analysis Error of capillary gas chromatography method for determination of benzene series in indoor air. Methods:The four samples (blank, 0.1c standard solution, air sample, air sample added)were analyzed with precision-bias analysis quality control procedure. Results:The variation analysis of samples both intra-experimental and inter-experimental were F〈F0.05, total stand deviation was less than W, the confident limit of (R/d) of accuracy was 0.97. Conclusion: The results showed that this method was reliable for determination of benzene series in indoor air.
