摘要
探讨体育锻炼对青少年羞耻感、自尊和社交羞怯感的积极影响,目的在于更好地为青少年心理咨询、心理辅导和心理治疗提供科学的依据和新的思路。选用《身体锻炼等级量表》、《青少年羞耻感量表》、《羞怯感量表》、《身体自尊量表》和《整体自尊量表》对500名青少年的体育锻炼量、羞耻感、社交羞怯感、身体自尊和整体自尊进行问卷调查。结果显示,青少年体育锻炼量与羞耻感、社交羞怯感呈显著性负相关;与身体自尊、整体自尊呈显著性正相关;青少年的羞耻感与身体自尊、整体自尊呈显著性负相关,与社交羞怯感呈显著性正相关。体育锻炼对青少年羞耻感、羞怯感、整体自尊和身体自尊有积极的影响,故应加强青少年体育锻炼意识和体育锻炼行为。
To explore the positive effects of physical exercises on the teenager's sense of shame, self-respect and timidness in social contacts, we carries out a questionnaire survey among 500 youths. The result shows that teenagers' participation in physical exercises has apparent negative correlation with their sense of shame and timidness in social contacts and has positive correlation with serf-respect of them. Physical exercises have positive effects on teenagers' sense of shame, timidness in social contacts and self-respect. Therefore, we should enhance their awareness of physical exercises and get them to participate more in sports activities.
