体育院校院系二级管理体制下的招生工作问题研究

On the Enrollment of Sports Institutes under the Dual Management System on College and Department Levels

通过对体育院校二级管理体制下招生工作问题的研究,得出招生过程中存在招生有失公平、考核不全面等问题的结论,针对这些问题,院校在招生过程中应适当将权力下放,并建立相应的规章制度,约束招生管理机构,加强招生的透明度,提高院校的监督机制,保证招生的公平。

After studying the enrollment of students to sports institutes under the dual management system on the college and department level, the author finds that there exist problems of unfairness and incomplete assessment. In view of these problems, the author holds that colleges and universities should delegate their power to the lower level in enrolling students and establish relevant rules and regulations to ensure fairness in enrollment.
