摘要
本研究以广州地区艺术类学生为调查对象,研究艺术类大学生的心理健康状况,探索身体锻炼与心理健康的关系,对大学心理健康状况的有关数据进行数理统计分析,进而提出改善和加强干预学生心理问题的体育教育办法和途径。
The research takes the students in Guangzhou majoring in arts as the subjects to study their mental health and explore the relationship between physical exercise and mental health. It makes a statistic analysis of the rel- evant data about the mental health of college students and puts forward ways to improve their mental health and deal with mental problems of them.
