摘要
自我效能理论在游泳教学中的合理运用是关系到教学质量的重要因素之一,是培养学生对游泳的兴趣、信心的有效方法。针对学生在游泳教学过程中自我效能感低的问题,本文从积极性评价、因材施教、增加间接经验,营造和谐学习环境等方面对提高学生的自我效能感进行了阐述。
The reasonable application of self-efficacy theory in swimming teaching is one of the important factors concerning the quality of teaching and an effective way to cultivate students' interest and confidence in swimming. With regard to the problem of weak perceived self-efficacy of students in swimming learning, this thesis deals with how to improve perceived self-efficacy in such aspect as positive assessment, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, creating good learning atmosphere, etc.
