河南省高校教师排球裁判员培养模式研究

On the Training Model of Volleyball Umpires among University and College Staff in Henan Province

高校教师由于其拥有特有的条件和优越的资源,在裁判队伍中占有很大的比重。但是有关河南省高校教师排球裁判培养的研究相对较少。本文采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,通过对河南省6所高校教师排球裁判员的培养现状进行了详细的分析,指出其存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。

College teachers, due to their peculiar conditions and advantageous position, account for a large proportion in umpire population. But not much research has been done on the training of volleyball umpires out of college staff. This thesis studies the current situation of training volleyball umpires out of college teachers in six Henan colleges and universities. It finds the major problems in this regard and puts forward countermeasures.
