In order to develop the influence of the traditional martial art in the course of urging the developing and flourishing of the socialist culture, the ecological value of traditional martial art is further dug and unscrambled by the methods of document and logics. Conclusions are as follows： the traditional martial art in the central plains displays the ecological value of the harmony between people and nature; embodies the social standard of the harmony among people; pursues the personal shackles of the harmony between physically and mentally. The propagandizing the function and value of the traditional martial art in the central plains helps the protection and inherit of the traditional martial art.
