摘要
通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法,逐层分析了中国文化源出于阴阳变论,拳从实质上体现着中国文化的全部精神,提出了学拳者要深刻体会拳中蕴含的中国文化精神的重要意义,深入论述了中国文化、拳、人三者之间互相影响、融合的过程,乃至达到一种自身的超越。
The article holds that Chinese culture originates from the interchange between Ying and Yang and that Quan （Martial art） embodies, in essence, all spirits of Chinese culture. It puts forward that learner of Wushu should understand the important meaning of Chinese culture embodied in Quan. It also studies the process in which Chinese culture, Quan and human influence each other and blend with each other to realize the transcendence of the self.
