高水平足球运动员在河南省高校培养现状及发展对策研究

Current Situation of Fostering Excellent Football Players in Henan Colleges and Universities and Development Measures

本文在研究过程中主要运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈调查法等方法,对目前河南省高校高水平足球运动员的培养管理体系、训练和竞赛、文化学习等方面情况进行了细致的调查研究,简明阐述了河南省高校高水平足球运动员的培养现状,分析了河南省高校培养高水平足球运动员过程中所存在的主要问题及其原因,探讨利用高校资源拓展我省足球人才培养渠道的可行性,以便为"体教结合"这种运动员培养方式在足球项目上的实施和推广提供理论参考。

This study surveys the training and management system, training and contesting, and intellectual learning of football players in Henan colleges and universities. It studies the current situation of the training of these players and analyzes the major problems in it. It explores into the feasibility of extending training channels of football player by utilizing resources of colleges and universities and hopes to provide some theoretical reference for the application of the training approach of ＂combining teaching with sports training＂ in football.
