清脑镇痛液的镇痛镇静作用的实验研究

Experimental study on the analgesic and sedative effects of Qingnao Zhentong liquid

目的观察清脑镇痛液的镇痛镇静作用。方法通过热板法和电刺激法观察镇痛作用;通过对自主活动和阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠的协同作用的影响,观察镇静作用。结果高剂量清脑镇痛液可显著延长小鼠对热刺激的痛阈(P<0.01),延长对电刺激的痛阈(P<0.05),并可减少小鼠的自主活动数(P<0.05),使催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠的小鼠入睡只数增多(P<0.05)。结论清脑镇痛液具有一定的镇痛镇静作用。

Objective To observe the analgesic and sedative effects of Qingnao Zhentong liquid in mice.Methods The analgesic effect was tested by the hot-plate and electric stimulation in mice.The sedative effects was studied by observing the influences of Qingnao Zhentong liquid on spontaneous activities and the sleeping rate in mice affected by subthreshold dosage of pentobarbital sodium.Results Qingnao Zhentong liquid could prolong hot and electric stimulation pain threshold in mice.In addition,it decreased mice′s spontaneous activities and enhanced the sleeping amount in mice affected by subthreshold dosage of pentobarbital sodium.Conclusion Qingnao Zhentong liquid has analgesic and sedative effects.
