回顾性分析3例无症状的扁桃体结核

Retrospective analysis of asymptomatic tonsil tuberculosis in 3 cases

目的回顾性分析3例扁桃体结核。方法确诊3例患者同时为扁桃体和淋巴结结核。查体见浅表淋巴结无肿大,咽腔略充血,双侧腭舌弓慢性充血,双侧扁桃体2度肿大,双侧对称,表面可见干酪样物散在,干酪样物色灰黄,无臭味。影像学检查提示,无干酪样坏死的肉芽肿。病理检查结果:干酪性肉芽肿和抗酸杆菌(结核杆菌)培养阳性。结果与结论经异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺和链霉素治疗后,3例患者的C反应蛋白水平正常化。

Objective To retrospective analyze of tonsil tuberculosis in 3 cases.Methods A total of 3 patients at the same time as the tonsil and lymph node tuberculosis.There were not enlargement of superficial lymph nodes,pharynx a little congestion,chronic congestion of bilateral lingual arch palate,bilateral swollen tonsils 2 degrees,bilateral symmetry by examination.The surface can be seen scattered in the cheese-like material,cheese-like looking sallow,no odor.It had showed that granulomas without caseous necrosis by imaging histological examinations.Pathological findings included caseous granuloma and acid-fast bacilli（Mycobacterium tuberculosis） culture was positive.Results and conclusion The levels of C reactive protein in 3 patients was normalized after treatment with isoniazid,rifampicin,pyrazinamide and streptomycin.
