摘要
以水玻璃为主要原料,硅酸铝纤维和绿色碳化硅为添加剂,通过微波加热的方法制得轻质发泡材料;再经过酸浸改性提高材料的耐温性,制备出一种新型轻质保温材料。实验结果表明,水玻璃中加入1.3%的硅酸铝纤维和7.5%的碳化硅制备出的保温材料具有优异的性能,该材料密度仅为0.161g/cm3,800℃下导热系数仅为0.113w/(m.k)。
The new type of lightweight heat insulating material was prepared by microwave heating method,using the sodium silicate as raw material,aluminum silicate fiber and SiC as additives.Improved the spalling resistance of the material by acid leaching method.The results showed that sodium silicate were added 1.3% aluminum silicate fiber and 7.5% SiC,the material had excellent performance,the density of material was only 0.161g/cm3,thermal conductivity coefficient was 0.113w/(m · k)at 800℃
