智能纳米水凝胶的应用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 智能纳米水凝胶既有尺寸小、比表面积大的特点,又有生物相容性好、可响应外界刺激发生体积和亲水-疏水性等物理化学性能变化的特性,还有响应速度比智能水凝胶快得多的优点,因此它在许多领域呈现出诱人的应用前景。该篇文章介绍了智能纳米水凝胶在药物输送与可控释放、医学诊断、生物传感器、生物材料、微反应器、催化剂载体、吸附与分离和水处理等方面的应用研究情况。最后对智能纳米水凝胶未来的应用研究前景提出了一些粗浅的看法。 Intelligent nanogels have the characteristics of small size and large specific surface area,as well as good biocompatibility,the ability to respond to external stimulus to change their physicochemical properties such as volume and hydrophilicity-hydrophobicity,and much higher responsiveness rate as compared to intelligent hydrogels.They possess fascinating application prospect in many areas.The application research progress of intelligent nanogels in drug delivery and its controlled release,medical diagnosis,biosensors,biomaterials,microreactors,catalyst carriers,adsorption and separation,and water treatment were introduced.In addition,some suggestions for the future application research of intelligent nanogels were given.
