淀粉基材料对苯胺吸附行为的研究

摘要 以可溶性玉米淀粉为原料,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用反相悬浮聚合法,合成了一种淀粉基材料-淀粉微球(CSM)。研究了淀粉基材料-淀粉微球(CSM)对苯胺的吸附行为,并根据吸附等温线研究了其吸附热力学性质,并利用红外光谱、X射线衍射仪对淀粉微球及其吸附产物结构进行了表征,初步探讨吸附机理。结果表明:在研究范围内,CSM对苯胺的吸附行为同时符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程;等温吸附线和热力学计算结果都显示CSM对苯胺的吸附是一个自发、放热过程,主要通过物理方式吸附。 The starch-based material-crosslinked starch microspheres(CSM)were synthesized from soluble starch by inverse suspension polymerization with N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinker.The adsorption behavior of starch-based material-CSM for aniline was investigated,and the thermodynamics characteristics were studied according to isotherms.The structures of CSM before and after adsorption were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the mechanism of adsorption was also discussed.The result showed that within the framework of study,the Langmiur and Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation were adapted for the adsorption characteristic of CSM for aniline.The adsorption isotherms obtained at different temperature and the thermodynamic calculations revealed the adsorption was a spontaneous and endothermic process,and the CSM absorded aniline by means of physical adsorption.
