摘要
国际化已成为企业应对全球化环境的一种重要战略。本文在回顾和梳理国外已有实证研究的基础上,依据多种理论视角,从个体、团队、企业、产业和国家五个层面对影响企业国际化程度的因素进行了归纳,总结了影响因素作用于企业国际化程度的情景和中介机理,最后对该领域的未来研究热点进行了展望,以供我国国际化研究学者和企业界参考。
Internationalization has become a vital survival and growth strategy for firms. Based on several theoretical viewpoints, this paper reviews the empirical research abroad on the degree of internationalization from the level of individual, team, firm, industry and country, summarizes the context and mechanism of action of finn's internationalization, and then puts forward some hot research topics which is conducive to theoretical researchers and practitioners.
