摘要
面向科技、经济和社会的发展,高等教育必须把培养创新人才作为第一工作任务,其中培养模式的构建和演绎规律是根本性问题。高校创新人才培养模式涉及因素众多,对其进行构建、评估、修正是一项非常复杂的问题。在分析Topsis法的基础上,给出其优化改进方法,基于此构建高校创新人才培养模式指标体系,在此过程中使用标度法确定指标权重,应用改进Topsis法对高校创新人才培养模式进行综合评估,给出一套较为科学、有效的高校创新人才培养模式评价方法,结果与定性分析相一致,且更为具体,并可根据实际因素的变化进行动态调整,为改善高校创新人才培养模式提供依据。
For science and technology, economy and the development of the society, higher education must take the cultivation of creative talents as the first task. The training mode of the construction and the deductive law is the fundamental problems. The mode of training creative new talented persons involves many factors, thus its construction, evaluation, and correction is a very complex problem. On the basis of the Topsis method, the optimization method is proposed, based on which the mode of training creative new talented persons index system is constructed, with the weight coefficient of index determined by the scale method. The application of improved Topsis method to comprehensive evaluation of the university innovation personnel training model yields a set of more scientific and effective cultivating patterns. The result is consistent with the qualitative analysis, and more specific, improving the cultivating patterns for creative talents.
