摘要
顶真和"……是以圣人……"是《老子》文本常见的两种格式化句法。前者蕴涵的逻辑因果、时间先后、层级高下三种维度,皆凸显了道的至上性和普遍性;后者构设的天人叙事和古今叙事,则带有显著的史官思维特征。综合分析这两种句法可见,由于道被挺立为自然无为的至上本体和普遍法则,老子把兼具神秘性和经验色彩的史官话语创造性地转换成了祛魅化的抽象哲学话语。
'Dingzhen' and '……therefore the sage……' are two kinds of common sentence structures in Laozi.The former embodies three inner dimensions: logical causality,time succession and grade of law,which all highlight the supremacy and universality of Tao.The latter constructs two kinds of narrative mode: heaven-man and ancient-present,which are all characteristic of official historians.Synthetically analyzing the two kinds of sentence structure,we find Laozi has transformed the mystical and empirical discourse of official historians into disenchanted philosophical discourse by setting up Tao for the absolute.
