聚合物对EPS板材薄抹灰砂浆性能的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Polymers on the Performance of EPS Sheet of Thin Plaster Mortar

摘要 研究了不同掺量的苯丙乳液、可再分散乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚3种聚合物对薄抹灰砂浆用水量、粘结强度、韧性的影响,同时探讨3种聚合物的最佳掺量。结果表明:聚合物的加入,明显地减少了砂浆的用水量,提高了粘结强度,降低了压折比,改善了韧性。当苯丙乳液掺量为4%~6%时,砂浆的粘结强度达到最佳值,压折比最小;纤维素醚的掺量增至0.4%时,砂浆的粘结强度达到饱和,压折比最小;胶粉的掺量为3%时,砂浆的粘结强度最佳,而压折比则随着胶粉的加入呈减小的趋势。 This paper studied the effects of three different polymers(the styrene-acrylic emulsion,re-dispersible polymer powder and hydroxypropyl cellulose) with varying additional ratio on water demand,adhesion strength and toughness of mortar at the same time,as well as the best content of the three polymers.The results show that adding polymers can significantly reduce the demand of water,improve the adhesion strength,reduce the ratio of compressive to flexural strength,and improve toughness.The adhesion strength of mortar achieves the best value and the ratio of compressive to flexural strength is minimum when the styrene-acrylic emulsion dosage is from 4% to 6%;the content of hydroxypropyl cellulose is 0.4%,the adhesion strength of mortar is saturated,the ratio of compressive to flexural strength is minimum.The content of re-dispersible polymer powder is 3%,the adhesion strength of mortar achieves the best value,but the ratio of compressive to flexural strength is decrease with the re-dispersible polymer powder adding.
