摘要
本文针对矿用重型汽车转向架球销使用寿命短这一问题,对球销受力状态进行了分析,在现场实测了球销载荷谱,经过CF-700谱分析仪分析处理,在计算机上编制了典型载荷谱,并对球销材料进行了疲劳试验,得到了P-S-N曲线,然后用Miner理论对球销寿命进行了计算,结果与实际情况相一致,最后提出了延寿措施,使球销达到使用寿命要求。
In this paper, the analysis of steering frame ball pin of heavy minevehicle under the the foreced state has been made for an inadequate life,A ball pin load spectrum is measured on the test site. With CF-700 spe-ctral analyzer, a typical load spectrum is programed and the P-S-N cur-ve are obtained by the fatigue test of pin materials.Using Miner methodto calculate the life of ball pin, it Shows that the results are well con-sistent with actuality. Finally., the measure of lasting life is proposedand therefore it can satisfy the need of lasting life of ball pin
