摘要
为了合理地评价烟叶化学指标,以江苏中烟云南烟叶基地(A,B和C)的不同品种烤烟(云烟87、K326、云烟97和云烟85)B2F,C3F,X2F等级烟叶的9项化学指标(烟碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮、钾、氯、糖碱比、氮碱比、钾氯比)为研究对象,利用模糊评判法对烟叶可用性进行了分析,并应用欧氏距离法比较了烟叶化学指标与津巴布韦烤烟的相似性。结果表明:①烟叶烟碱(2.29%)、氯(0.37%)、总氮(2.85%)以及钾氯比平均值(5.74)处于适宜水平,其他5项化学指标的平均值偏高或偏低;②烤烟化学指标总体质量水平接近中等,烟叶化学可用性指数平均值为0.58;③烟叶化学指标与对应部位津巴布韦烤烟具有中等相似性,B烟区各等级烟叶的相似程度最低;④不同品种B2F与X2F等级烟叶的相似距离系数平均值以云烟87最大,C3F等级烟叶以K326最大;⑤化学可用性指数与相似距离系数相关性达到显著相关水平,2种方法研究烤烟烟叶品质具有一定的相容性。
In order to scientifically assess the chemistry of tobacco leaf, 9 chemical indices (including nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, total nitrogen, potassium, chlorine, sugar/nicotine ratio, nitrogen/nicotine ratio and potassium/chlorine ratio) of B2F, C3F, X2F leaves of varieties Yunyan87, K326, Yunyan97 and Yunyan85 sampled from the tobacco production bases A, B, and C of China Tobacco Jiangsu Industrial Corporation in Yunnan were analyzed. The usability of tobacco leaf was analyzed by means of fuzzy judgment, and the similarity of chemical indices between Zimbabwean and domestic flue-cured tobacco leaves was compared by calculating Euclidean distance coefficients. The results showed that: 1) The average contents of nicotine (2.29%), chlorine (0.37%), total nitrogen (2.85%) and the ratio of potassium to chloride (5.74) in the samples were within suitable range, while those of the other five chemical indices were slightly lower or higher. 2) The mean value of chemical usability index of the samples was 0.58, which indicated that chemically the overall quality was close to moderate level. 3) Chemically the domestic samples and Zimbabwean flue-cured tobacco leaves of the same stalk positions was of moderate similarity, the similarity of leaves from Production Base B was the lowest. 4) For B2F and X2F grades of different varieties, the average similarity distance coefficients of Yunyan 87 were the biggest, while for C3F, that of K326 was the biggest. 5) The correlation between chemical usability index and similarity distance coefficient reached significant level. The two methods were compatible to a certain extent for studying the quality of flue-cured tobacco.
