新烟碱类化合物的合成

摘要 以3-氨甲基吡啶和二苯甲酮为主要原料,甲苯做带水剂,先合成N-二苯亚甲基-3-氨甲基吡啶,再合成新烟碱;然后以新烟碱为先导化合物,设计合成了氢化新烟碱、N-甲基新烟碱和N-甲基氢化新烟碱。所合成的化合物经1H NMR,FT-IR和MS确证其结构。 N- (Diphenylmethylene) -3- (aminomethyl)pyridine was first synthesized from 3- (aminomethyl) pyridine and benzophenone with toluene as water-carrying agent, then anatabine was prepared from the synthesized compound. Anabasine, N-methylanatabine and N-methylanabasine were synthesized with anatabine as lead compound. The structures of the synthesized compounds were verified by 1H NMR, FT-IR and MS spectra.
