摘要
通过对侧三支点臂式斗轮堆取料机结构形式特点的分析,结合相关规范中稳定性计算的各种载荷组合工况,找出其最危险倾覆工况并进行稳定性计算,进而分析主参数轨距对稳定性倾覆安全系数的影响,并提出满足稳定性前提下侧三支点臂式斗轮堆取料机最经济轨距的选用原则。
Based on analysis of structure characteristics for three-side-supporting-point boom type bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer,and considering various load combination working conditions specified in the related stability calculation specifications,the most dangerous overturning working condition is found out for analysis of impact of the main parameter of rail gauge on stability overturning safety factor.Under the premise of stability,the selective principle for the most economical gauge of three-side-supporting-point boom type bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer is put forward.
