中国情境下福利多元理论的反思

A Reflection on the Welfare Pluralism in Chinese Context

尽管与西方国家社会政策转向的起点和原因并不相同,但由于同样面临经济全球化、人口老龄化等全球性潮流的冲击,中国在建立适应有中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制的新型福利体制时,借鉴福利多元理论这一当前西方主流理论是一条必由之路。然而,为避免理论应用中出现"情景错置"的问题,从中国情景出发,反思福利多元理论也必不可少。通过对这一问题的分析,结果表明中国不仅存在独特的人情福利制度,而且同样的福利结构,也存在不同的内涵。

Because of facing the same impact of the economic globalization trend and population aging,drawing on Western mainstream theory is a possible way for China when establishing a new welfare system to adapt to the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.However,in order to avoid the problem of re-contextual ization in theoretical application,a reflection on the theory of welfare pluralism in Chinese context is also es sential.This paper analyses the issue through employing the method of content analysis.The results show that there is not only a unique human relative welfare system,but also different connotations in the same structure of welfare in China.
