Adsorption Process of Puerarin with Macropore Resin

以AB - 8型大孔吸附树脂对葛根素溶液的吸附行为为研究对象 ,对葛根素的吸附平衡和吸附动力学进行了研究 .以Fueundich和Langmuir公式拟合了不同温度下的吸附等温线 ,研究结果表明 ,用Freundilich式拟合比较理想 .同时 ,拟合了以c0 和τ为参数的吸附动力学曲线 ,这两组公式可作为在吸附树脂法分离混合物的研究中选择参数的参考和依据 .用线性方程式对吸附柱的透过曲线进行了拟合 ,这对了解床层的吸附行为特征及吸附剂性能有着重要的意义 .

Adsorption equilibrium and kinetics for Puerarin are studied for macropore resin AB-8 used as an adsorbent. The equlibrium temperature could be described with both of the Frundich and Langmuir isotherms equations. The adsorption kinetics curves were simulated and served as base reference for resin adsorption. These equations could be used as the reference and basis of the study on resin adsorption. The breakthrough curves were determined and simulated by a linear equation. The results are important to the study of adsorption and the performance of adsorbent.
