电针配合吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Electroacupuncture plus Swallow Treatment Apparatus in Treating Deglutition Disorders after Cerebral Apoplexy

目的观察电针配合吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法将90例急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用电针配合吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗,同时进行吞咽功能训练;对照组采用单纯吞咽功能训练。治疗1个疗程后,比较两组患者治疗前后饮水测试结果及疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.9%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后吞咽障碍评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后吞咽障碍评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针配合吞咽障碍治疗仪是一种治疗急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus swallow treatment apparatus in treating deglutition disorders after acute cerebral apoplexy. Method Ninety patients with deglutition disorders after acute cerebral apoplexy were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 45 in each. The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture, swallow treatment apparatus, and swallowing function training; the control group was by swallowing function training only. The water-drinking test result and therapeutic efficacy were compared after a treatment course. Result The total effective rate was 88.9% in the treatment group versus 60.0% in the control, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The two groups both had significant changes in adysphagia score （P〈0.05）. In comparing the adysphagia score after treatment, the result of the treatment group was markedly different from that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus swallow treatment apparatus is an effective approach in treating deglutition disorders after acute cerebral apoplexy.
