针刺配合熏洗治疗脑卒中后肢体麻木症疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Acupuncture-moxibustion Lotion in Treating Post-stroke Limb Numbness

目的观察针刺配合"针灸外洗液"治疗脑卒中后肢体麻木症的临床疗效。方法将90例脑卒中患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组52例和对照组38例。治疗组采用针刺配合"针灸外洗液"治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%,对照组为81.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合"针灸外洗液"治疗是一种治疗脑卒中后肢体麻木症的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus acupuncture-moxibustion lotion in treating post-stroke limb numbness. Methods Ninety patients with cerebral stroke were allocated, in order of visits, to a treatment group of 52 cases and a control group of 38 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture plus application of acupuncture-moxibustion lotion and the control group, acupuncture alone. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 92.3% in the treatment group and 81.6% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus application of acupuncture-moxibustion lotion is an effective way to treat post-stroke limb numbness.
