水体水质理化性质与沉水植物生长的生物学特征相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨沉水植物生长影响的水质理化性质,通过室外静态模拟实验,3种沉水植物在高中低3种不同污染浓度的底质中,室内分析测定了沉水植物生物学指标和水质指标,并进行水体水质理化性质与沉水植物生物量、株高、分枝数、叶绿素之间的相关关系研究,数据的典型相关分析结果表明:在低污染底质条件下,水体中污染物浓度与粉绿狐尾藻和竹叶眼子菜的生长呈显著负相关;与金鱼藻的生长呈显著正相关。在中度污染底质条件下,水体中污染物浓度与粉绿狐尾藻的生长呈显著正相关;与竹叶眼子菜和金鱼藻的生长呈显著负相关。在高污染底质条件下,水体中污染物浓度与粉绿狐尾藻、竹叶眼子菜和金鱼藻的生长呈显著负相关。 To discuss the effect of water physiochemical properties on submerged macrophytes,an experiment was done to investigate the correlation between water physiochemical properties and biomass,strains height,min branch number and concentration of chlorophyll of submerged macrophytes cultured using three different polluted sediments.Correlation analysis showed that it was negative between the concentration of pollution in water and growth of Myriophyllum aquaticum(Vell)Verdc.and Potamgeton malaianus Mip.cultured using low pollution sediment.It was positive between concentration of pollutions in water and growth of Myriophyllum aquaticum(Vell)Verdc.cultured using middle pollution sediment.It was negative between the concentration of pollution in water and growth of Myriophyllum aquaticum(Vell)Verdc.,Potamgeton malaianus Mip.and Ceratophyllum demersum Linn.cultured using high pollution sediment.
