Development of the LZ580-73T CT Drilling Rig

采用连续管钻井技术进行老井重入加深、老井重入钻水平井和过油管侧钻将在油田增产、难动用储量开采、利用现有井筒低成本开采深部储层以及提高最终采收率等方面发挥积极作用,成为利用钻井工程技术提高油气采收率的重要手段。依托国家科技重大专项课题,成功研制了LZ580-73T连续管钻机。钻机研制过程中攻克了满足我国道路和运输条件的整机空间和结构的设计与优化、重载底盘和滚筒的设计与优化、整机动力系统合理配置与优化、整机集中控制与监控、大载荷注入、提升与夹持系统、连续管导入装置和工艺、连续管钻井配套等关键技术。单元试验、整机联调和型式试验结果表明,该钻机整机运行安全平稳,符合设计要求。

Adoption of the coiled tubing （CT） drilling technology to perform the re-entry deepening of old wells, re-entry horizontal well drilling of old wells and through-tubing sidetracking will play an active role in oil- field yield, exploitation of hard-to-produce reserves, use of well bore available to exploit deep reservoirs at low costs and recovery rate enhance. Depending on the state key technological research project, the LZ580 -73T CT drilling rig was developed successfully. In the process of the rig development several key technologies were achieved, such as design and optimization of the space and structure of the rig package which satisfies the road and transportation conditions in China, design and optimization of heavy load chassis and CT reel, rational allocation and optimization of the package power system, centralized control and monitoring of the package, large load injection, lifting and clamping system, and CT guiding mechanism. The unit test, package preliminary test and type test show that the rig package runs safely and smoothly, satisfying the design requirement.
