饲料中添加晶体或包膜赖氨酸对湘云鲫生长性能的影响

摘要 本试验研究了饲料中添加晶体或包膜赖氨酸对湘云鲫生长性能的影响。选择630尾初始体重为(12.67±0.07)g健康湘云鲫,随机分为6个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复35尾,在室内循环系统中养殖63 d。对照组分别设高蛋白对照组(HP,粗蛋白质为35%)和低蛋白对照组(LP,粗蛋白质为33%),不添加赖氨酸。试验组是在LP组的基础上,分别为添加0.25%包膜赖氨酸1(试验Ⅰ组)、0.27%包膜赖氨酸2(试验Ⅱ组)、0.47%包膜赖氨酸3(试验Ⅲ组)和0.24%晶体赖氨酸(试验Ⅳ组),使饲料中赖氨酸含量达到HP组水平。所用包膜或晶体赖氨酸有效含量分别是74.9%、68.9%、39.4%、77.6%。结果显示,各处理组成活率均达到100%。试验Ⅰ和Ⅳ组的增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数与LP组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),而且增重率、特定生长率显著低于HP组,饲料系数显著高于HP组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组与LP组相比,增重率、特定生长率显著提高,饲料系数显著降低(P<0.05)。但是,试验Ⅱ组的增重率、特定生长率仍然显著低于HP组,饲料系数显著高于HP组(P<0.05);而试验Ⅲ组的增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数与HP组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。上述结果说明,添加晶体赖氨酸和包膜赖氨酸1不能改善湘云鲫的生长性能,而添加包膜赖氨酸2或包膜赖氨酸3能够显著提高湘云鲫的生长性能,且添加包膜赖氨酸3效果更佳。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of supplemental crystalline or coating lysine on the growth performance of triploid erueian carp.Six hundred and thirty triploid crucian carps with (12.67 + 0.07) g body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates of 35 each.The two control groups were high protein diet (HP)and low protein diet (LP) ,without crystalline or coating lysine supplementation.The crude protein (CP)eontent were 35 %and 33 % ,respectively.The four experimental groups ( [ , II , m and 1V )were supplemented with coating lysine (0.25 %,0.27 %,0.47 %)and crystalline lysine (0.24 % )based on the LP diet.The coating lysine and crystalline lysine contained the available lysine 74.9 % ,68.9 %,39.4 % and 77.6 %,respectively.The experiment lasted for 63 d.The results showed that no mortalities occurred during the feeding period.There were no significant difference in the weight gain (WG) ,specific growth rate (SGR)and feed conversion rate (FCR)of triploid crucian carp between group I and IV (P 〉 0.05 ) ,compared with the LP.The WG and SGR of group I and IVwere significantly lower than that of HP(P 〈 0.05 ), and FCR were significantly higher than that of HP (P 〈 0.05).Compared with the LP,the WG and SGR of group ]] and 11I were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05),the FCR was significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05 ).But the WG and SGR of group ]] were significantly lower than those of HP,and the FCR was significantly higher than that of HP.The WG,SGR and FCR of group III showed no significant differences compared with HP(P 〉 0.05).The results indicated that the supplementation of crystalline and coating lysine I could not improve the growth performance of triploid crucian carp,but supplementation of coating lysine Ⅱ and m could promote the growth performance significantly,especially coating lysine m.
