煤矿固体充填物料垂直投放系统研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 矸石、粉煤灰等固体充填物料从地面运输至井下是综合机械化固体充填采煤技术实施的基础,为实现固体充填物料高效连续化运输,采用从地面至井下垂直开掘投料井输送固体充填物料的技术,并设计出包括投料管、维护硐室和储料仓3部分的垂直投料井结构,同时研究得出投料管合理的直径。基于固体充填物料投放中产生冲击问题,设计了锥形缓冲器。同时,为了保证工作面正常生产,研究了垂直投料降尘、高压气流导排、垂直投料防堵仓、储料仓清理等安全保障技术,该技术已在五沟煤矿井进行了成功应用。 Coal rejects, fly ash and other solid material transported from surface ground to the underground mine would be a base to implement the fully mechanized solids backfill mining technology. To realize a high efficient and continued transportation of the solids backfill material, a solid material transportation technology with a material feeding well sunk from the surface ground to the underground mine was applied. A vertical feeding well structure including the feeding pipeline, the maintenance chamber and the material storage bunker was de- signed. A rational diameter for the pipeline was studied and obtained. Based on the impact problem occurred during the solids feeding, cone buffer was designed. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the normal operation of the coal mining face and the safety of the personnel and environment, a study was conducted on the dust control of the vertical feeding, discharging of high pressure air flow, jamming prevention bunker of the vertical feeding, cleaning of the material storage bunker and other safety protection technology. The vertical transportation system of the solids material was successfully applied in Wugou Mine.
