石门巷道混凝土浇筑技术设计与实践 被引量:10

摘要 针对林南仓矿-650 m轨道石门顶底板及两帮收敛严重的问题,分析了该段巷道围岩的变形机理,发现巷道穿越高岭土基软岩层位多,节理裂隙发育,构造较复杂,埋深相对较大,巷道变形以高应力下破碎软岩大变形为主。基于此,提出了全断面混凝土浇筑的支护方案,工程监测与使用效果表明,支护完成后,巷道两帮的收敛小于300 mm,顶底板的收敛小于100 mm,巷道围岩变形得到根本控制,锚固区受力稳定,巷道很快达到整体稳定。 According to the serious convergence and deformation problems of the roof and floor and the two sidewalls in and along the - 650 m railway cross-cut gateway in Linnancang Mine, the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock in the gateway was analyzed. It was found that the major features of the gateway were multi layers of kaolin base soft rock passed, joint crack development, complicated structure, deep buried depth and gateway deformation with large deformation of broken soft rock under the high stress. Based on the cir- cumstances, a support plan with full cross section concrete pouring was provided. The project monitoring and measuring and the applica- tion effects showed that after the support system completed, the convergence of the two sidewalls in the gateway was less than 300 mm and the convergences of the roof and floor were less than 100 mm. The surrounding rock deformation of the gateway was basically controlled, the stress of the anchored zone was stable and the gateway was quickly reached stable in whole.
