离心通风机襟叶调节节能特性及机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高通风机的调节运行经济性,对离心叶轮的叶片进行襟叶调节。研究了离心通风机襟叶和前导器调节、轴流通风机动叶调节、节流调节时的通风机效率、管路效率、系统效率、调节效率、节能率,得出调节运行经济性综合特性曲线。结果表明:当通风机流量变化到66.3%~113.8%,襟叶调节时,通风机的平均系统效率大于79.9%,平均调节效率大于91.9%,总体上比动叶调节和前导器调节的系统效率及调节效率要高;通风机流量降低较多时,襟叶调节的优势更明显。同时将G4-73带前导器的离心通风机改成襟叶调节,当流量降低到70%时节能率为28.9%,因此离心通风机襟叶调节的运行经济性较好。 In order to improve the adjustment operation economy of the ventilator, a flap adjustment was conducted on the centrifugal im- peller. A study was made on the flap and front guider adjustment of the centrifugal ventilator, the running blade adjustment of the axial ventilator, and the ventilator efficiency, pipeline efficiency, system efficiency and energy saving efficiency during the throttle adjustment. A comprehensive feature curve of the operation economy for the adjustment was obtained. The study results showed that when the f^ow vari- ation of the ventilator was at 66. 3% ~ 113.8%, during the flap adjustment, the average system efl^ciency of the ventilator would be higher than 79. 9%, the average adjustment efficiency would be higher than 91.9% and generally the system efficiency and adjustment efficiency would be high than the running blade adjustment and the front guider adjustment. When the flow of the ventilator was highly reduced, the advantage of the flap adjustment would be obvious. Meanwhile the G4-73 centrifugal ventilator with the front guider was replaced with flap adjustment, when the flow reduced to 70%, the energy saving rate would be 28.9%. Thus the operation economy of the centrifugal fan with the flap adjustment would be good.
