摘要
采用酶组织化学方法和显微图像分析技术,观察甲状腺素对大鼠膈肌肌纤维及其运动终板的影响.结果表明,甲状腺素可引起3种肌纤维运动终板不同程度的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性降低,含量减少,终板面积缩小;肌纤维琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)含量减少,肌纤维直径缩小.并对其发生机理进行了初步探讨.
The effect of thyroxine on the disphram muscle fibers and motor end-plates in the rat was investigated by using histochemistry and microsphotometry. The result showed that thyroxine induced a weakening of AchE activity, a decrease In AchE content and a reduciton of the end-plate area in the motor end-plates of three types of muscle fiber, in varying degrees. It also caused a decrease in SDH content and a reduction of fiber diameter in the three types of muscle fiber. The genetic mechanism is discussed.
