经济增长与居民收入增长问题及其对策研究——以黑龙江省为例

The Issues and Countermeasures of Economic Growth and Income Growth:Heilongjiang Province,Case Study

改革开放以来,我国GDP连续30年的高速增长被称为世界奇迹,但经济增长与居民收入增长不协调的问题也日益突出。文章认为,经济增长与居民收入之间存在错综复杂的互动关系,为此,既应正视经济增长与居民收入增长不协调的现状及差距,更需探究居民收入与国民经济同步增长的深层次问题。文章以黑龙江省为例探讨了经济增长与居民收入增长之间的关系并提出了相应对策。

Since the Open Door Policy reforms, economists the world over have been amazed by the sustained, rapid growth of the Chinese GDP for the past 30 consecutive years. However, the incongruous issues of econom- ic growth and income growth have become increasingly acute. Obviously, there is a complex and interactive re- lationship between economic growth and income. As a result, this paper not only looks at the uncoordinated sit- uation and gap of economic growth and income growth, but explores the underlying problems of synchronous growth in income and the national economy in China, using Heilongjiang province as an example.
