摘要
随着大众传媒的迅速发展,国家对培养传媒人才提出了更高的要求,广播电视编导专业是培养高素质应用型人才的关键。本文以广播电视编导专业模式构建为出发点,详细论述了人才培养模式,根据社会对人才的需求以及学生的个性化发展需求,提出了广播电视编导应用型人才培养应该重能力的培养方案,以便为社会提供合格的广播电视行业人才。
With the rapid development of the mass media,our country has put forward higher requirements for media personnel while radio and television major is the key to training high-quality application-oriented talents.This paper makes the radio and television major＇s model building as a starting point,and discusses？the personnel training mode in detail.According to the social demand of talent,as well as individual development needs of the students,the paper points out that the train should emphasize on the radio and television choreographer applied ability.So the qualified broadcast television talents can be provided for our society.
