日本东海静冈地区无形体病原菌的p44主要外膜蛋白基因表达区域构造解析

Structural Analysis of p44 Expression Site of Anaplasma Phagocytophilum Isolated from Shizuoka Area in Japan

摘要 对日本东海地区无形体病原菌(A.phagocytophilum)的媒介蜱虫(金沟硬蜱和卵形硬蜱)的唾液腺DNA进行提取,应用分子生物学技术在亚洲地区成功地解读了p44主要外膜蛋白2.87kb的基因序列,并与欧美地区A.phagocytophilum病原体的p44主要外膜蛋白基因进行序列比对,确定了p44主要外膜蛋白表达基因在欧美以及亚洲地域间的差异性. In this study,the salivary gland DNA extraction of ticks,a carriers of A.phagocytophilum inhabiting in eastern ocean area of Japan was investigated by variety of molecular biological technology,and for the first time a 2.87 kb of p44 outer membrane protein encoding gene sequences in Asian area was successfully characterized.Comparative analysis was performed with the strains isolated from US and European area.The finding of this study could form a base for further comprehensive study of A.phagocytophilum and the prevention of Human anaplasmosis diseases.
