低温对青海高原不同品质类型春小麦蛋白组分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨青海高原特殊环境因素下小麦蛋白质组分的变化规律,以籽粒蛋白质含量不同的青海高原春小麦品种为材料,提取灌浆结实期不同温度条件下的籽粒各组分蛋白,进行SDS-PAGE分析。结果表明,温度水平对籽粒蛋白质较品种间的影响差异大,随着小麦籽粒的不断发育成熟,两品种对照与处理之间籽粒的各组分蛋白差异也均随之增大,适温对照的各蛋白组分均有多条条带表达量明显高于低温处理条件下的表达量,并在15,29.3,51.1,55.4kDa处有特异条带的出现,特别是在29.3 kDa处两品种的清、球蛋白均有一条表达量明显增强的条带。 The components of protein in spring wheat with different contents under different temperature were analyzed by SDS-PAGE to discuss its change rule in Qinghai Plateau.The results indicated that the effects of temperature were more important than different varieties for protein.The difference of components of protein between temperature of check and treatment increased with grain development,the expression level of many protein bands under check temperature was much higher than that under treatment temperature,there were specific bands at 15,29.3,51.1,55.4 kDa,especially,expression of the band at 29.3 kDa of albumin and globulin was high.
