摘要
人类历史上的第一个人工生命Synthia诞生,生命形式由一种变为两种,这将可能在有关基因工程技术研究领域引发观念层面的变革,特别是生命起源问题。新诞生的人工生命面临着一系列的问题。面对反常,人们将会怎样对待人工生命理论的未来?协调论为人们对人工生命的研究提供了一个全新的视角,为理论的发展指明了前进的方向。科学中反常一直存在,但协调论主张,反常的存在不能决定理论的最终命运,不应该轻易放弃协调力较弱的新生事物,而应该鼓励创新。
The birth of Synthia, the first artificial life in history, marked two life forms, which may trig-ger some ideas changing in the field of genetic engineering technology, especially on the issue of the origins of life. The new artificial life faces a number of problems. Facing abnormality, how will people deal with the future of artificial life theory? Coordination provides a new perspective for people to study artificial life, and pointed out the way forward for it. Coordination stand for some point of view, there always have been abnor- mality in science, but the level of the coordination force of a theory is only temporary, and the presence of abnormal can't determine ultimate fate of the theory, people shouldn't easily give up a new thing whose co-ordination power is weak, and should encourage innovation.
