农业生产经营组织对农户食品安全生产行为影响研究——基于江苏省葡萄种植户的实证分析

The Impact of Agricultural Production and Management Organization on Farmers' Food Safety Production Behavior: Based on Grape Farmers in Jiangsu Province

本文构建农户参加农业生产经营组织的理论框架,通过对江苏省葡萄主产区农业生产经营组织情况进行入户调查,运用新古典经济学厂商理论和Tobit模型,对农业生产经营组织与农户食品安全生产行为之间的关系进行实证分析。研究显示:农户具有加入农业生产经营组织的动力来源;农业生产经营组织对农户生产资料的供应、生产技术的指导、生产过程的监督、品质的认证对农户食品安全生产行为产生不同影响;在控制其他因素的情况下,农业生产经营组织的约束机制对农户生产行为安全性的作用比激励机制大。

This paper builds a theoretical framework to explain how farmers join the agricultural pro-duction and management organization, investigates the agricultural production and management organization in main grape producing areas in Jiangsu provinces, analysis the relationship between agricultural produc-tion and management organization and farmers＇ food safety production behavior by using the new classical e-conorrfics farmer theory and the Tobit model. The results show that： farmers have the motive power to join the agricultural production and management organization; the impacts of resources supply, producing techni-cal direction, supervise strength of producing process, quality inspect of agricultural products on grape farm ers＇ food safety production behavior are different; the effect of encouragement mechanism on safety level of farmers＇ production behavior is greater on the condition of controlling other facts.
